An Ownership Change…

On 13 April 2022 Peter Dark officially retired from Impart links having sold his majority shareholding. Pete will keep in contact and share his wealth of social housing knowledge on an advisory basis whist keeping a minority share in the Business. We wish Pete and Yvonne an enjoyable retirement and all the very best for the future.

On the 01 October 2022 Stuart Nicholls and Shane Furner joined the Board of Impart links joining James Manifold as Shareholders and Owners. Stuart in his role of Construction Director will manage the day to day operations of Impart links Maintain (ILM) whilst Shane as Operations Director will manage Impart links Consultancy (ILC). Stuart and Shane will focus on business growth whilst maintaining the excellent standards we provide for our customers.
